What would you do…
we strive to provide our customers with VIP service around the clock and our Home Contact Center partners are an integral part of our delivery promise. Our contact center travel consultants are here to help our customers find their perfect Jet2 vacation and provide our industry-acclaimed customer service.
We have some fantastic opportunities to join our Home Travel Advisory Contact Center on a part time basis and have 16, 20 and 30 hour per week contracts available working most evenings and/or weekends! We are looking for people who share our passion to always go the extra mile for our clients and our focus is to get it right the first time!
Our part-time travel consultants:
Manage a large number of customer requests on a daily basis, including making and adjusting reservations, processing cancellations, and payments.
Provide expert guidance on selling our great vacations and anticipate any questions our clients may have about their travel needs.
Add real value to customer conversations while achieving individual goals and KPIs.
Use various internal systems. The ability to navigate and update these systems accurately is an important part of ensuring we do whatever we would do for our clients.

We will also provide your computer equipment, but a prerequisite for the role is that you have a suitable workspace at home and a fast broadband connection. You must also be a resident of the UK.
If you successfully join us, we will offer full virtual training and introduction programs to give you the tools to fulfill the role, and ongoing training and coaching is part of our commitment to you. The start date for this role is May 9 and 23 and the training course for this role is full time (6 weeks Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:30) – you will be paid for the extra hours worked during the Training course.
