Role:
As a customer service partner, you are responsible for answering incoming customer calls, answering questions about their financial plans and finding the best solution for customers. You need to show empathy on the phone, make sure you understand everyone’s plight and end the call on a positive note for the customer.
Main responsibilities:
Talk to customers on the phone about incoming calls
Empathy and commitment to clients to tell their stories and explain their situation
To provide professional and constant customer service
Provision of telephone support and customer advice
Keep internal system updated
Skills and Traits:
Ability to empathize and actively listen to customers
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers on the phone
Ability to prioritize and manage workload
